My oldest daughter and I juiced for a week or so again. Yummy! We'll probably do it again, only I'm going to try for several weeks next time. It takes a bit of organization and time to juice feast correctly. Can't wait!

Hi Donna,
Just wondering what kind of juicer you have. I've heard that a Green Juicer will produce juice that is good for 48 hours, but a Champion for only 24 hours. I have a Champion. How far ahead do you prepare juice?
We have a green star that will also juice wheatgrass. We really like it. We try to fix only enough juice for that particular day. However, there have been a couple of times that a bit was left over till the next morning. Yes, a good twin gear juicer will produce juice that can last a bit longer, but we really like it fresh. We also make juice sometimes using the vitamix and then strain in a mylk bag. We use it when we include things like tomatoes or pineapple that are hard to juice in a twin gear.
I'm a Christian wife and homeschooling mom who loves gardening, farmers markets, studying nutrition, reading, classical music, a good cup of tea, Jane Austen, feminine clothing, and everything French.
